We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Singapore as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be a team player, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate must have a proven sales record and relevant experience in the localization media industry. Relationship management and business development skills are essential, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients is a must. The candidate must be results-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include presenting, promoting, and selling our products and services to existing and potential clients, analyzing customer requirements, and developing a comprehensive localization solution for each client. The Sales Representative will be expected to generate leads through cold calling and emailing and maintain positive client relationships. The candidate must meet sales targets and coordinate sales efforts with other team members and departments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing market potential, tracking sales, and reporting on customer needs and interests, as well as competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in English (both verbal and written). The ability to create and deliver sales decks tailored to clients’ needs and knowledge of additional languages are an advantage. The Sales Representative must continuously improve through feedback from clients and peers and stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in the localization industry.
