The TikTok internship is designed to give students valuable industry exposure and hands-on experience. Your aspirations will be turned into reality at TikTok because your inspirations create endless opportunities. The chosen candidates should be able to commit to the internship from August to December 2024. Please clearly state your availability in your resume: Start date, End date. Responsibilities:
- Design test strategy, write test cases, execute functional, performance, and regression test cases, and verify bug fixes and generate test reports.
- Improve system and tool quality and efficiency through technical means such as tool platform development, automated testing, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs and user experience issues in a detailed-oriented, but efficient manner, and identify and prioritize critical issues, escalating appropriately.
- Communicate test status with the design and development teams to ensure that the features of the software/platform solution are tested and that defects are corrected before products and systems go live.
- Review and analyze acceptance criteria for completeness and review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure proper execution, and develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures for manual and automated testing.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
