As a strong leader, you, together with your team, ensure ICT procurement, licensing, and contract management. You supply the cantonal administration with all necessary ICT services and goods needed for the digital transformation of their business processes. You have a lot of flexibility in shaping internal processes and structures, and you can contribute your expertise and experience.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure, harmonize, and further develop ICT procurement in the KAIO and in the cantonal administration
- Lead the five-person procurement team both personnel and technically
- Ensure and manage cantonal ICT contract and license management
- Lead and/or participate in ICT procurement projects
Your profile
- Higher business education
- Experience and education in public procurement
- Several years of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
